Our Orange Olive Oil is produced by pressing whole, fresh navel oranges together with early harvest, certified organic olives at the time of crush. Its light, refreshing flavour is just perfect to sauté shrimp or scallops or to drizzle on chicken or fish. Yet this versatile oil can also be used to bake sweets such as cookies, biscotti, cakes and in granola.

    So great for all seasons. Delish for roasted winter squash. Nice add to cranberry sauces, relish or chutney. Dressing for winter salad – kale, radicchio, etc. Rest of the year adds citrus notes to drssings, marinades, soups. Makes the most delicious olive cake.
