Dr. Pete's Olive Oil Cake Mix

This Classic Olive Oil Cake is moist and tender and could not be easier to make.  Add your favorite olive oil (we recommend Blood Orange, Persian Lime or Lemon Olive Oil), milk, and eggs, and bake in a springform pan.  Serve with fruit and powdered sugar for your new favorite dessert. This cake will have you coming back for seconds or even thirds!
