Our Millers Reserve is an olive grove blend comprised of single Estate Arbosana and Koroneiki varieties. It is balanced and displays floral notes followed by banana with a creamy center and a pleasing peppery finish.

Produced using high vacuum during malaxation to remove oxygen and reduce oxidation to preserve phenolic content and flavor characteristics.
